We are looking for a Process Quality Specialist for the Magneti Marelli – Powertrain in Modugno (Bari) Plant, who will be assigned to the following activities: – Organize qualitative controls with stable sampling frequency, such as by control plans – Define control cycles production line in order to monitoring the quality – Analyze the data of the S.P.C. to monitoring process control – Verify compliance with the requirements for critical and security product’s characteristics – Manage situations of non-conformity product process implementing containment and corrective actions – Performing KPI quality reports – Perform audits on the finished product for verify the quality standards – Carry out specific activities to realize the customer samples (PPAP) – Perform specific activities for machining approval (A & R – R & R) – Matching between FMEA and Control Plans – Plan and follow the layered process audits to guarantee continuous improvement – Systematic analysis FTQ data to implement new specific kaizen – Studies: Degree in mechanical or management engineering – Linguistic skills: English fluent – Experience: 2 years in the same role in manufacturing large companies – Informatic Skills: Excellent skill in SAP, advanced excel and power point – Technical Skills: technical drawings, mechanical technologies and special technologies (laser welding, EDM drilling, chromium and nickel plating); SPC and statisticsl basis; Quality Tools; audit capacities; FMEA and Control Plan; WCM tools; WCM (in particular the basic concepts of QC, PM and AM)
